There is the best BBQ joint down the street from my house that makes the best chilli I've ever had. They use left over trimmings from the smoked brisket/pulled pork/hamburgers and make a BBQ no bean chilli that's just amazing. I have a crock-pot, sous vide, dutch oven, oven, a grill, and access to a grocery store (US). I'm sure I could just grab a bunch of ingredients and throw them in a crock pot and call it a day, but I want to see if we can get a little creative with it. Ideas?
