It's summer time, nightmare for people like me who have eczema. Recently it has gotten really bad, (to the point my mother-in-law jokes about me wearing red eyeshadows) so I need to have a stricter allergy-free-diet.
I'm allergic to eggs, chicken and yeast. And my SO hates most seafood. I usually cook most of the meals but have run out of new ideas. I don't have a fully fuctional oven, I only have a microwave oven. I don't have a blender as well. Can anyone please suggest me some recipes that doesn't involve ingredients mentioned above? Thank you!
