I'm going to the fair with some friends this weekend, what food should I have ready for everyone when we get home?

As the title says, I'm going to the fair with some friends for a day of drinking beer and eating some fair food. Everyone will be heading back to our place afterward to chill and hang out, so I'm looking for some suggestions on different types of food I should have prepared for dinner that night.

I expect us to be eating a lot of fried food, so I'm looking for some interesting ideas for dishes to have to help settle any uneasy stomachs. I'm thinking some raw oysters (my husband's request) and maybe a Brussels sprouts dish, but I'm drawing a blank on additional dishes. What kinds of foods will work as a great system cleanser following a lot of greasy food?

There are no food restrictions with my friends, so all suggestions are welcome! I also have access to plenty of fresh food and meats, so finding ingredients will also not be an issue.
