Hi, I live in a room with no kitchen. I have a stove in my room but it's summer so I can't cook otherwise it is unbearable to live in such hot room. I need help in finding recipes that doesn't require much cooking or no cooking at all.

As title says all, I can't cook for long otherwise it will be too hot. I can't eat daily from outside, I have to manage things, I can't buy much expensive things like oven. I need help in buying some cheap utensils, I need recipes that don't require much cooking or no cooking. I can't eat salads all the time.
