I know it might be obvious and dumb, but i can't get it :/
I put lemon juice, sugar, a bit of water and a lot of ice in a blender. When i blend it, the ice just gets super thin and crushed, and not like slushy, but more like a snowy texture...I don't know what i'm doing wrong. Not really drinkable. Even treid adding more water after to the ice, it doesn't even combine well, and still not drinkable.
