Hi, everyone! I did see a post with a similar request from a few years ago, but I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for pecan pie. I love to bake, but I’ve only ever made one pie. I prefer cake, but my sweetheart hates it. He has Asperger's and hates all cake because he says it all has the consistency of mud. He has a very difficult time with any perceived mushiness, even if he likes the overall taste. With Valentine’s Day coming up, I wanted to make him a pecan pie because A) he loves it and B) he’s dealing with the anniversary of the passing of a loved one, and I want to cheer him up. Any recipes or tips are appreciated. Thank you in advance!
