Hey /r/ecipes, As we all know valentinesday is coming up. Now you might think I want a good recipe to woo the girl of my dreams but nothing could be farther from the thruth because i'am single on valentinesday just like the last few years. No worries though, i don't mind becaus I started a tradition where I make myself delicious meal with lost of cooking involved. Last years I made a delicious Ragù Bolognese and a very nice belgian beefstew but this year I am out of ideas so I would like to hear your time consuming delicious recipes.
TL;DNR: I would like a good, fun recipe that: Takes a while to make Stays good in storage(since I whil be eating it alone) Not too expensive( I am a student after all) No dietary restrictions
