My bf sent me a link to one of those Delish recipes for Brussles Sprouts Mac n Cheese. He seemed really excited about it so I thought I could make it for Valentine's. A couple questions- 1) Has anyone tried making this before, and if so would you recommend it? I can't see how it could not be good but thought I would check. 2) Any suggestions on what I can serve with it? I figured chicken would go well, but not sure what way? Any ideas appreciated!
