I love meatballs in any form. The best I ever had were my 100% Italian father's but he passed away a few years ago and never kept a written copy of anything he cooked. My wife doesn't really like them though, because she said they just taste like round hamburgers. What are some of your most flavorful meatball recipes that are always a hit?
