So I always enjoy deer jerkey and a friend of mine decided to give me ground deer mixed with beef. I have a 2 lb block and not sure as I dont cook with beef often, besides tacos, what I could do. Havent had much luck making burgers in the past, not a big chilli fan. Was thinking maybe a casserole. Any suggestions?
