Alrighty folks, for those of you without power who are living off the last of the thawing freezer rations and your solar charger, what's your best recipe to date?
Mine : a traditional texas brisket rub mixed 50 50 with Chipotle powder rubbed very thick on "am I sure this steak is still good?"
Cooked medium rare and then smothered with slightly bubbling coconut flavored yoghurt. Washed down with the last of a fifth of Armagnac donated by a fleeing neighbor. Most excellent.
