Finnish ear of trout

Ingredients:

Butter - 2 teaspoons

leek - 2 pieces

Potatoes - 1.5 kilograms

Trout - 0.5 kilograms (fillet)

Bay leaf - 1 Each

Pepper - 1 To taste

Dill - 1 To taste

Water - 6 cups

Cream - 1 Litre Instructions:

In a saucepan send a spoon of butter, melt it.

Slice the leek finely, put it in the oil. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring, over medium heat.

Pour water or pre-cooked fish broth. Add salt and pepper, bring to a boil.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Pour into the pan and cook for about 15 minutes until soft.

Wash the trout fillet and slice. Grind a little green (in this case, dill).

Put the fish in a pan, add to the flavor bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes, literally.

At the end, add the cream, even a spoonful of butter and herbs. Warm up a little on the fire - and you can immediately apply to the table. Bon Appetit!
