Chicken Bean Soup

(Prep Time: 10 min | Cooking Time: 10 min | Servings 6) Ingredients: 2 pounds of cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded 24 ounces of chicken broth 15 ounces of cannellini beans, drained 2 cups of water 1 tablespoon of fresh sage, finely chopped ½ tablespoon of olive oil Black pepper Salt Directions: 1. Heat the oil in a large pot then cook in it the sage for 30 sec. 2. Stir in the broth with water and bring to a boil over high heat. 3. Stir in the cannellini beans with chicken, a pinch of salt and pepper then put the lid on the pot and simmer for 3 min. 4. Serve your soup hot and enjoy. http://www.viradov.com/
