Ingredients 4 boiled potatoes, 2 capsicum, 2 chopped onions, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 chopped tomatoes, 10 gram of chopped ginger, salt to taste, 1/4th tsp of turmeric powder, 1/4 th tsp of garam masala, 1 tsp of dhaniya powder and 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder. To see video Click here- https://youtu.be/ELleBvPR91E Method Add 1/2 cup of oil in a pan, then add boiled potatoes into it and fry them until they turn golden brown in color after that take them out in a plate. Now in the same oil add capsicum and fry them for 2 minutes take it out in a plate as well. In the remaining oil add chopped onion, fry them until it becomes transparent then add chopped garlic and ginger fry them till it turn golden brown in color. Now add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and dhaniya powder, mix it well. After that add chopped tomatoes cook it well until it becomes soft. Now add all the vegetables, salt to taste and garam masala, then mix it nicely. Take it out in a bowl and garnish with chopped green coriander.
