In a few weeks I am going on a family vacation, we all have to take it in turns to cook the evening meal. I only usually make meals for two or the occasional roast for a few more. Can anyone suggest some easy recipes that will impress people? It would be something that has to serve 8 and won't take hours of prep. Thanks in advance.
