[Request] Low Calorie tomato sauce

Hi all,

I'm looking at how to make a tasty tomato sauce to go with grilled chicken and either a leafy salad or cauli rice.

I'm looking for something that is low in calories/fat/carbs/sodium - and I want to use fresh tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes.

Any help would be great.
